Hartman | Mainstage Performance
Monday, June 10 from 6 pm on the Jeffers Mainstage at Hickory Theatre
HICKORY – “Hartman,” the husband & wife combo featuring singer/songwriters Jeff & Carol Anne Hartman, double-bassist Forrest Brown, percussionist Brian Burton, guitarist Jeremy Shaw, and special guest Jake Moore of Moore Brothers Band will appear on the Jeffers mainstage for Hickory Theatre’s annual, sell-out Vacation Extravaganza fundraising event on Monday, June 10 from 6 pm.
“We’ve had a love affair with HCT since we married on the set of their Y2K mainstage production of ‘Camping with Henry & Tom.’ Any hometown opportunity to give back to the theatre and the community is always an absolute joy and must for us.”
Jeff has been performing with his wife and band for almost two decades across the country, exemplified by the latest album, “Better Live,” celebrating the decade with live, original tracks from Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre to Charlotte Bobcats Arena to The CoMMA. The popular North Carolina group recently appeared in the film, “Pendulum Swings.” The Hickory couple runs Hickory Arts. Hickory Arts is a teaching and production studio dedicated to cultivating up-and-coming artists of all types and ages through a network of working and teaching artists—voted the 2013 Hickory/Western Piedmont Macaroni Kid Family Choice Awards Winner for “Favorite Music Instruction.”
VacExtra’ guests will have an opportunity to win a $10,000 vacation. Tickets are not available at the door and must be purchased in advance by visiting www.hickorytheatre.org or calling 828-327-3855. For more information about Hartman, please visit www.jshartman.com.
