Crazy week! Having said that, I can’t think of any weeks that Carol Anne and I have that aren’t crazy!

The week began with Roto-Rooter. Our guest bathroom’s toilet had been not flushing for a couple weeks. After trying everything we could, we sucked it up and called Roto-Rooter. After removing the entire toilet from the bathroom and snaking the toilet from the opposite end, we discovered Timmy unknowingly flushed a 2″ pink, rubber ball down the toilet. I should have known all along, because he kept pointing to the toilet all week saying, “Ball!” I told the Roto-Rooter guy that he must see all kinds of crap (no pun intended) on the job. He said that the day before he had to fish out a little girl’s make-up kit from an apartment building.

My Mom and Dad got to go to Savannah, GA for a couple days. My mom had a nursing seminar down there. Dad said they had a good time. I’m sure my brothers had a few wild parties involving farm animals while they were gone.

Carol Anne and I got to go on a date Thursday night! First one in quite some time. We ate at an Italian Restaurant and caught an early showing of The Matrix: Revolutions. Timmy got to spend the evening with his Aunt “Stinky.”

Saturday was Hope’s 16th birthday. So Carol Anne, Vicki, Timmy and I headed to Hope and Gary’s on Sunday. Carol Anne and Vicki made Hope her favorite shrimp dinner and appetizers. Carol Anne also made a chocolate turtle cheesecake. Timmy ate jelly beans and crackers for dinner.

Carol Anne wrapped up a logo design at her new job. It looks really good. I’ve attached it. I’m so proud of her. She’s also got her very own website, now. She just started it, but it’s already looking good. It’s www.sharethenews.org.

That’s all folks!

XO
